Diamond tools are meant for cutting, drilling and grinding and polishing of stone.

Masonry diamond blades specially for granite comes in various sizes and they are available in standard or premium depending on your needs. However, if you are working with marble, please choose the electroplated diamond blades. It will be more efficient and cost effective if you choose the diamond blades according to the stone. Additionally, you can opt for the flance system which enable free cutting or the normal diamond blades.

Additionally if you prefer to work in a soundless working environment, please run through the sandwich core section but this range are available for the larger diameter.

Diamond core drill bits are available in 2 types which is specially for tabletops production and the other range is for stone carving purposes. All the core drill bits are specially designed for working with granite.

Grinding and polishing: In this category, you can find them either for dry use which is basically the silicon carbide paper disc, silicon carbide grinding wheels and silicon carbide flap disc and for wet use which is the diamond products for polishing of your stone carving job. Diamond polishing pads or sometimes known as stone polishing pads is available for wet use and if you are working with granite and needed to have more value added to your money then the metal bonded range are recommended. Please be noted that it is for granite as the bond is specially meant for that! However, if you are working with larger surfaces for example tabletops; we have a special range for tight corners, edge working and also some special equipment for machines like brembana and monlevi machines and basically the rest are for the hand machines.

Diamond cup wheels for grinding purposes are available as single row or turbo and they are available in M14 connection or the snail lock system.

For the grinding and polishing job, you can considered using the pneumatic polishing machine which is running at the maximum of 5000rpm and using a central water feed system

Our carbide tools has a complete range to offer and specially made for granite. This is a very important note as granite is very hard in nature and using the right carbide tip chisels  is very important as there is much added value in money as it is longer lasting and if use in the right techniques it is less likely to result in broken chisels.

The carbide tip carving chisels or sometimes known as stone chisels are available as hand chisels or pneumatic chisels. They are available in different connections and also available for the chicago hammer.

If your carbide tip chisels becomes dull which is not something uncommon, please use the silicon carbide wheels for your carbide chisels sharpening job.

Eventhough you can of course use the above carbide chisels for working with other materials ; I would recommend that you use the bushing tools only on granite. Pneumatic bush hammers are available in various sizes and connections and if you are working by hand, refer to the hand hammers section instead.

We have of course have a serie of stone hammers for working in granite and the stroke per minute is less compare to an air hammer for marble carving but more powerful which is the important criteria when working with granite.

*Please follow the guide if they are for marble or granite
The first thing to consider when you start carving is your safety wear gear. Make sure you have them for your own health care. Unicus safety glasses is splint free when hit by stone. The rest is your mask and ear wear.

To begin the carving process, is the splitting up of the stones if you have a big block. You can choose to split your stones using steel wing wedges or opt to use the masonry diamond blades with and angle grinder depending on the size of the  pieces that you are working with. We have 14mm steel wing wedges upto size 34mm steel wing wedges.

If you are working with fine pieces, you might need the special diamond burs or sometimes known as diamond bits with a 6mm pin connection. There are also available in silicon carbide but of course the life span is much shorter. Please be noted we have them for granite carving and marble carving. It is very important as we re-emphasized here that you choose the tool according to the material that you are carving on so you do not burn a hole in your pocket. For this job, you will need a high speed die grinder and they are very light weighted only at 0,35kg and hose and connections are included.

Genuine gold leaf and silver leaf  are also available here. Gold leaf are available in 23 3/4 carat and 22 carat gold. Transfer gold leaf in the respective carat gold are also available. This is meant for gilding or stone monuments carvers.
