Pneumatic stone hammer for carving is used together with the pneumatic carbide tip bushhammer. The MR series pneumatic stone hammer is a very powerful machine and much recommended when carving in granite. However, for letter carving purposes only, MR12 pneumatic stone hammer will suffice for this purpose and you can find the corresponding pneumatic carbide tip chisels in our store as well. Please make sure you choose the correct shank size of pneumatic carbide chisel that match to you pneumatic stone hammer when you purchase them.

Supply this pneumatic hammer with 52-82psi (3.5-5.5bar) of clean dry air. Use only acid-and resin-free light oil resp. special pneumatic oils for lubrication. This pneumatic hammer has a sound pressure level at 95dBA and sound power of 102dBA. Never operate the pneumatic hammer without a tool being fully inserted or allow the tools to be driven out of the bushing. If the piston strikes the bottom of the cylinder, it will cause severe internal damage to the pneumatíc hammer.
