About the shopping cart
When you have found the items that you want to order on our website,  just put in the quantity that you want to buy and then click on the add to cart icon. The quantity column is always set at the default value of 1. 
 
You can always view your cart by clicking at the view your cart icons and then you will be able to see the amount of your purchase. If you decided to continue shopping, then just click on the continue shopping icon.  
 
Any add to cart items can be deleted by clicking on the remove button if you have accidently click on the add to cart button or if you change your mind at the end of the purchase before you proceed with the payment. 
 
Our shopping cart will automatically calculate the shipping cost and the tax (if applicable) when you have choose you location. Once you choose your location, you will be automatically directed to the mode of payment page.

What is Loyalty Program?
After your first purchase, you shall receive a coupon code where you can key in everytime you purchase and your discount will be automatically generated by the shopping cart. Your entitlement of the Loyalty Program depends on the amount you purchase and the duration you have been dealing with us. If  you have forgotten your coupon code, contact us and we shall send you the code.
 
 
Payment  
ONLINE PAYMENT PROCESSING 

If you choose to make an online purchase using our webstore, you can choose to process your online payment by using Paypal. The types of cards accepted is being shown by Paypal and can be seen once you enter our store and when you make your payment.
 

OFFLINE PROCESSING 

Print out your order and send to us by fax or submit order online or call us to place your  order. You can choose to pay by bank transfer or cash on delivery (only denmark). For payment by bank transfer, we delivery the goods after we have receive your payment in our bank account.
Additional Options
Postage and VAT  
Orders are delivered using the Postdanmark postal service by air. Postage cost are build in the shopping cart according to your location. Please select your location so that your final order form will reflect the postage and the * VAT where applicable. ( This is stated above as "about your shopping cart". 
 
However, we reserve the right to use other mode of transport if necessary and you will be notify and charge accordingly. 
 
* All orders to be despatched within Denmark and the EC countries will incur VAT. If you are located in an EC countries and VAT registered, please submit us your VAT nr. and we will then contact you. Orders to be sent to other overseas locations will not be charged VAT.
 
 
The shipping cost is calculated upto 20KG. If your purchase is above 20kg, please contact us for shipping cost with  your order and choose for off line processing. 
 
If you want a different alternative of transport, please opt for payment offline and we will quote you accordingly.  
Delivery  
If the items order are in stock, it will be despatched within 3-7 working days. If the stock is not availble, you will be notify accordingly. (refer cancellation of order)
 
Please provide us with an address which the postal can deliver to (No PO boxes please.) , including e-mail address, phone number and fax number (if possible.)  
Returns policy  
TYPE 1 
If items are incorrectly sent to you, we will of course make a refund of 100% of the invoice value of the products including the return transport charges. 
 
TYPE 2 
If you have over-order or order the wrong item and wish to return part of the order, we will refund 100% of the  invoice value minus 10% for administration charges and deduct the transport charges 
You should notify us by telephone, fax or e-mail of all intended returns within 7 days of receipt of the products alongwith the invoice details and reason for the return.  We will then issue you a GRF(goods return form).
 
TYPE 3
If the goods are sent to you but you are not around to receive the goods and the parcel was return to us by the postal to us, you will have to bear the return post charges and the transport charges for resending.

All return products must be returned in unused condition and in its original packaging. 
 
Please use a registered shipping service which provide a means of tracking the shipment. 
 
Cancellation of Order
 
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
    • The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
    • Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
    • The identification of a pricing or product description error
Liability  
No liability can be accepted for injury, loss, accident or damage, whether to property or persons, arising out of or in connection with any tools, materials or goods supplied by us. 
 
Informations and pictures shown in our catalogue on our website are intended as a guide only and we cannot be held liable in law for any inaccuracies. 
 
We reserve the right to alter the specifications on items shown without notification. However, we will do our best to keep details on our website as up to date as possible.
