You can find all the tools that you might need before you start your carving project here. You can use a tracer to score a line on the stone and then drill a hole on the middle of the line with your hammer drill machine with the SDS+ or SDSmax connection carbide tip drill. Then you place the  wedges and shims or also known as wedges and feathers or steel wing wedges or rock breakers into the hole. Strike the wedges and shims until the stone is split .Wedges and shims or wedges and feathers is a very old method for stone splitting which has been use by the stone industry. However, wedges and shims have different names and terms as above highlighted and we have allocate most of them so for easier understanding. If you do have another name for the wedges and shims, do inform us.

The range of wedges and shims that we have range from 18mm in diameter to 34mm diameter depending on the size of the stones that you need to split. The wedges and shims can come in different color as shown in the picture.
